EXCHANGE POLICY

Monsterthreads will exchange any product that is in a new condition. Please make sure item is folded, uncreased and put into its original packaging.

Products can be exchanged at our shop in Newtown, Sydney(229 King St).

If this is not possible:

For tshirts purchased at markets: Please exchange at the market you purchased the item from.

For tshirts purchased in stores: Please exchange at the store you purchased the item from, or at Glebe markets or Bondi markets.

For tshirts purchased online:

1. I bought the wrong size / colour / style: Send the tshirt and a self addressed prepaid postage bag to us.

2. The item is defective. Give us a call on 0438 405 902 first and then send the item back to us.

Make sure that the item you are swapping for is available!!!(check the online store for the item).
