EXCHANGE POLICY

Monsterthreads will exchange any product.

For tshirts purchased at markets: Please exchange at the market you purchased the item from.

For tshirts purchased in stores: Please exchange at the store you purchased the item from, or at Glebe markets or Bondi markets.

For tshirts purchased online:

1. I bought the wrong size / colour / style: Send the tshirt and a self addressed prepaid 500g bag to us.

2. The item is defective. Send the item back to us.
