SHIPPING POLICY

Free postage for orders over $100 in Australia, and for orders over $140 anywhere in the world.

Monsterthreads ship all over Australia and all over the world.

For Australian orders, shipping starts from $3 by regular post. We do not have a handling fee and try to charge approx. the standard Australia post fee + postbag.

We prefer that customers select the registered post fee option. This way we can track the status of your order. We do not accept responisbililty for items lost in mail if the regular post option is selected!

Australian orders are usually shipped within two days of placing an order. Delivery can take between one(most capital cities) and 10 working days(some remote areas). Most people receive their orders the next day.

International orders take an average of two to three weeks to arrive. We are currently looking into express postage options for international orders.
